Gerda Dress pattern for women. Size range EU 34-52 // US 4-22

The Gerda pattern is a vintage inspired pattern, with a statement collar and leg of mutton sleeves. The pattern is semi-fitted at the bodice with an invisible zipper. It comes with two sleeve options and two skirt options, which can be mixed and matched.
Option A has a vintage inspired gathered skirt in knee length and a long sleeve option, perfect for the colder months.
Option B has a full tired skirt in knee length and a short sleeve option, perfect for the warmer months.

This pattern is suited for light to medium weight woven fabric. Recommended fibre: Cotton, linen or wool.

Option A is best suited for medium weight fabric, and option B is best suited for light weight fabric.

(If sewing with heavier fabric, lining is used for the undercollar pieces, buy 1/2 yd // 0,5 meter)

Instruction booklet contains measurement and supplies, pattern assembly layout, cutting layout and easy to follow illustrated sewing instructions. All information and descriptions is in both cm and inch.

The pattern pieces for each design option are contained in separate documents, however they follow the same instructions booklet.

A4 size paper: Print the pattern on A4 sized paper, making sure your printer´s settings are set to 100% or ”no scaling”.
Cut the borders and tape the pages together as shown, ensuring you match the black diamonds.
A0 copy shop: When you send/take the A0 file to a copyshop, make sure it is printed at 100% scale on A0 sized paper.
You can choose only to print the size you need. Open the PDF pattern file in Adobe Acrobat, click on the layer icon and shut the eyes off on the sizes you don´t need to print.

How to find and download your files: After purchasing, you will receive a link to download the pattern files. *Please note that the download link only are valid for 24 hours, so be sure to save the files right away! Please note that this pattern will be downloaded as a .zip file. You need to unzip the file before using. On an apple device, you double click the zipped file to open a new folder with the pattern files. On windows, you right click on the .zip folder and click “extract all”

** For saving paper and assemble time, big square pieces are cut directly from the fabric using the cutting instructions in the booklet.
