The Asta Pattern - Digital Pattern (One size)
The Asta pattern is a vintage inspired bag pattern.
It is small round handbag, which can be made with or without a detachable bow.
The bag is fully lined and with no closure. It is perfect beginner pattern and a quick sew.
Size range: One size.
The bag is one size only and is 8 5/8” // 22cm in diameter.

After purchasing, you will be able to download three PDF files included:
- Instruction booklet (8 pages)
- A4 pattern – (10 pages)
- A0 pattern – (1 page)
Instruction booklet contains supplies, pattern assembly layout, cutting layout and easy to follow illustrated sewing instructions. All information and descriptions is in both cm and inch.
A4 size paper: Print the pattern on A4 sized paper, making sure your printer´s settings are set to 100% or ”no scaling”.
Cut the borders and tape the pages together as shown, ensuring you match the black diamonds.
A0 copy shop: When you send/take the A0 file to a copy shop, make sure it is printed at 100% scale on A0 sized paper.
How to find and download your files:
The pattern files will be available to download immediately after purchased. If you have an Etsy account, your pattern files can be found by going to your Etsy homepage, click on your profile image in the top right corner and click on “purchases and reviews”. If you are a quest, you will be emailed a link with the pattern files to download.
